This is a fantastic product. I tried the Tylenol PM and even had prescriptions for sleep but always woke up with a hung over feeling. The other reviewers didn’t like this product much but I don’t drink caffeine, alcohol or drugs. I don’t eat much in terms of carbs and fats either. (I’m not saying the other reviewers do) So, I think the combination of my healthy diet without all those processed food chemicals make it easier for this product to work for me. This is also a great price because the store charges $9.99 for 30.
So, if you don’t eat lots of chips and drink lots of soda this product should work for you.
I decided to try this product after finding a small package at a local drug store. Glad I didn’t purchase the larger box as I’ve been awake all night. I began by taking only one at bedtime because I didn’t want the hangover effect so many reviews have mentioned. Two hours later I was still awake and took the second pill. It’s now early a.m. and I’m still awake. My advice-Don’t waste your money. I’ve had better results with Pure L-tryptophan, melatonin or Benedryl. And now it’s off to work with no sleep.
I was looking for a chemical free way to get some rest.. I went down to the local Walmart, and found this.. I was a bit hesitant to spend $14.00 but thought what the heck.. WOW what a peaceful night I had. I think that I am going to cut down to 1 per night, as it took a long time to wake up.
The good news is that it actually works (which I actually hadn’t expected). However, if I actually wanted to do anything the next day, forget that. One pill (not even two), don’t even remember going to bed, slept 16 hours, woke with a headache, horrible taste in my mouth and was groggy for the rest of the day. Typical of the dangers of the unregulated “natural” remedies in the US.
