One pill (not even two), don't even remember going to bed, slept 16 hours, woke with a headache, horrible taste in my mouth and was groggy for the rest of the day. Glad I didn't purchase the larger box as I've been awake all night. I began by taking only one at bedtime because I didn't want the hangover effect so many reviews have mentioned. I tried the Tylenol PM and even had prescriptions for sleep but always woke up with a hung over feeling. The other reviewers didn't like this product much but I don't drink caffeine, alcohol or drugs. I don't eat much in terms of carbs and fats either. (I'm not saying the other reviewers do) So, I think the combination of my healthy diet without all those processed food chemicals make it easier for this product to work for me. This is also a great price because the store charges $9.99 for 30. <br /> <br />So, if you don't eat lots of chips and drink lots of soda this product should work for you.
