This shake is very good and low carb. I recommend it highly. I have one about twice a day. In a month I have lost 14 lbs. My other food is low carb too but these are very good to keep having small meals to increase your metablosim along with exercise. They have many vitamins and minerals as well.
These taste luscious. Very creamy but not thick. I love the fruity strawberry flavor.
I drink these for breakfast or sometimes for lunch. I also tote some around with me if I am out and about so that I always have something I can have in case my tummy starts to rumble. These make the rumblings go away and they help me eat right when I’m not at home.
So, I have been on Atkins shakes for breakfast for a long time…they are great meal replacements. I am no fan of chocolate and thus always had the vanilla flavored ones. I finally saw that Amazon had the Strawberry flavor in stock and bought some to try them out. YUMMMY….that about sums it up. I did mess around one day and mix half vanilla and half strawberry..the results are GREAT. Highly recommended flavor.
New packaging makes this ready to drink meal replacement great for “on the go” person. The strawberry shake is very creamy and tastes so fresh. The price is great, too!
The Atkin’s Advantage shakes taste better than all the other low carb shakes I have tasted. I recommended the product.
But, was disappointed when Amazon sent me 2 4-packs of the shakes in juice box-like containers instead of the 8-pack cans. The shakes have similar taste, but the cans taste just a little better, tho they have 1g of carb more than the new formula. I should have asked Amazon to take them back and send me the right shakes, but didn’t want to go thru the trouble of shipping them back nor wait til they sent the right ones. I had already waited several weeks to get the shakes since they got back-ordered. Maybe that’s why Amazon sent me the wrong ones. At least Amazon sell the Atkin’s shake for less than a lot of other merchants.
