It’s a good protien. I like the taste. I havent found with it though the miracle I was looking for as writen on the package, but it has a good taste and it is protein that is easy to mix. Cant say anything bad about it. It is adequate.
Great value for money (more product for less $$$), it does whatever it is supposed to do… BUT the taste? Forget it! If this is the “new improved better” taste, I am sure I couldn’t even swallow the original one.
I already had better tasting and better composed products, but I must admit, I had to pay more for them
This protein powder has one of the best protein/calorie ratios I’ve found. Tastes great w/ a banana, peanut butter, cinnamon, (my husband likes it with raspberries but I don’t). I have a shake before work every morning and have not gotten sick of it. I use my protein shakes as a way to maintain a healthy weight, not to bulk up. this is the best price i’ve found anywhere, although it did take quite awhile to ship here. healthful way to start your day, I’ll buy more when I run out.

This stuff is a great meal replacement as well as a protein supplement. I have one every morning before work. It blends well and tastes rich even in water. I add fiber and alittle cinnamon and I’m set. I recommend it.
