Made from food! Not synthesized, actual vitamins and minerals made from real food! I don’t know why all of the other vitamin brands aren’t like this as well…
I’ve tried many of varieties of the multivitamins from Centrum and One-a-day and never could find one that did not upset my stomach. I discovered these almost a year ago and the problem is solved.
First I’d like to praise Amazon for being able to offer these for so cheap. You can’t find them anywhere near this price anywhere online, and with free shipping from Amazon Prime the cost is just totally unbeatable.
These are some of the best vitamins that I’ve ever taken. They definitely have me feeling better and getting sick less compared to when I wasn’t taking vitamins. With that said, these things do taste terrible which is what kept me from giving it 5 stars. I find myself pouring water into my mouth, dropping the vitamin in and trying to swallow at exactly the same time to avoid tasting them. If you do get a taste, it’s pretty disgusting.
I think it’s awesome that these are made with real organic food, unlike just about everything else out there. This means that they’re better for you and can be taken on an empty stomach. I take one every morning without eating and these have never upset my stomach, whereas others do.
The quality of the vitamins and the number that you get for the price on Amazon makes buying these a no-brainer.
This one-a-day is so big I still have trouble some days getting it down, but after taking these for about 2 years, I can testify that this is a great one-a-day to take. If I forget to take one, sometimes later in the day I will feel a bit funky and realize I did not take my vitamin. So it is very effective. I grade it down one star due to the extra large size, otherwise a great product. I trust New Chapter. I bought this for my husband because he needed some energy and a good vitamin. My husband hates the mornings and needs to be alert for his patients. Ever since he started taking this vitamin he definitely feels the difference. Great product!
