If I forget to take one, sometimes later in the day I will feel a bit funky and realize I did not take my vitamin. So it is very effective. I grade it down one star due to the extra large size, otherwise a great product. I trust New Chapter. If you have questions or need help, their customer service reps are outstanding: helpful, intelligent, responsive, and caring. These are some of the best vitamins that I’ve ever taken. They definitely have me feeling better and getting sick less compared to when I wasn’t taking vitamins. With that said, these things do taste terrible which is what kept me from giving it 5 stars.
