I have tried many creatine supplements and none of them compare to SIZEON. Gaspari Nutrition really pulled through on this one. It tastes good and best of all it gets results. I started noticing a change within a week of using it, I could do more weight for more reps which equal more size and tone. It definitely shows. The only drawback would be that you NEED to drink copious amounts of water while using it. It really drains the water from your body and it could easily dehydrate you. You take it during your workout so you just drink it whenever you would drink water during your workout. very convenient. I give it five stars for its quality, results and best of all… PRICE!!!
I purchased this product since a personal trainer recommended it to me and i can really see som nice muscle tone after using it for less than a month. Taste is not as bad as some of the reviews i read before. Definately not bad at all
