This tastes really good.. I was using pure protein and wanted to give a chance to this new item.

I like this more than any pure protein flavor.

I don’t know why the price is more expensive than walmart. What is the idea of offering an item more expensive than local stores?(even after subs. and buy)

This baffles me. They call it a “meal replacement” bar, but there’s enough sugar in these to make a big wedding cake. This isn’t a meal replacment bar. It’s an appetizer with 50 table spoons of sugar. So you get a little protein and enough sugar to ruin any health benefits.

Have one with a glass of milk. Like big thick Oreos. It is protein and not junk food.

I’ve tried a lot of supplements and snacks to try to replace a meal… this is the best bet.

I’m a student on a budget. I worked out that if I buy these it’s about $2 a meal. That’s if I don’t buy a drink or something else with it. That’s 1- 2 bars for a day of classes, $4 bucks a day, c’mon, that’s A HUGE SAVINGS, even over cheapo fast food, and these are nutritious. Eat a good home meal (learn to cook guys, I did, saves money and tastes great, and it’s good for impressing the ladies) at least once a day, and you’re set.

The benefit of these is that they actually fill you up, not just with fiber as some brands that claim meal replacement do. Some meal replacement things are nutritionally lacking, they fill your belly but you’re technically starving cause your deficient in nutrients. These are very well made and nutritionally sound, especially for younger folks like me who need more protein in their diets, if you’re older this is still good, but you generally need less protein in your diet.

The taste is great too, a little sweet with some of their flavors, but overall not overpoweringly so like some brands. My favorite is the cookie dough one, it goes down the easiest too, feels like it digests the easiest as well.

Enjoy, this is a smart purchase.

This protein bar is meant as a meal replacement and it works well. It packs 410 calories and a lot (fast and slow) acting protein that does the job when replacing a meal. I use these when I’m on the go and don’t have time to cook a nice healthy meal ahead of time. The flavor never gets old to me. Sometimes I forget its a protein bar it tastes so good.
