    If you take two capsules a day for a month and then one a day forever, after two or three months you won’t have pms anymore. This is a godsend.

    I started taking this because I just didnt ovulate, me and my husband want a child I have 2 from a former marriage and he has one from his, we love kids. but with my thyroid issues, yeah I am taking medication for it, I dont have regular cycles, I said what the heck lets try this,, with in 2 months I ovulated,, yippy,, so I should have my monthly gift in about 2 weeks,, this is great news cus we are going to try again in Dec,,, Just try it!!! It’s way better than Clomid,, been there done that, plus it’s natural and no side efects,, Clomid gives off bad ones!!!.. Good luck..

    My teen daughter needed to have her cycle regulated and I was a bit concerned about “the pill”. Gave it a shot and it worked well.
