I bought these tablets as I needed something to keep me hydrated while golfing in the hot Florida sun. They came very quickly and they disolve in a bottle of water very quickly. I found the flavour a bit weak and to date have use 5 of the tubes and I can honestly say that I do not find any benefit. I also find that they are a bit expensive when you add the bottles of water to put them in you would probably be better off just buying a complete drink off the shelf.

The thought of chugging Gatorade while riding across the humidity of Iowa made me look for an alternative. I read about Nuun somewhere else and decided to check it out. It’s wonderful! The flavor is pleasant and it kept me well hydrated. Also the tube packs up nicely.
These work just great without sugar, also much easier on the wallet then the “other liquid products” also not as messy as the gels packs that you need to tear open put the torn piece in your Jersey then you have to shove the empty messy packet back in your Jersey.
