This stuff does not work and I found out that it is not even made by the maker’s of Flora-Q. My GI doctor does not recommend it.
The generic of FloraQ, Risaqaud offers the same probiotic benefits but at a third of the price.
Excellent stuff for helping to regulate your bowel. I had so much of a problem before I discovered probiotics, and I tried a few before settling on RisaQuad. It is like a generic version of Flora – Q, but much less money and does the same if not a better job!
From what I have read and can relate by experience, the use of probiotics counteracts he negative effects of foods we eat that destroy the active bacteria within your intestines. By taking probiotics, you are essentially counteracting the antibiotics that farmers medicate their livestock with that ends up getting into you through eating this medicated meat.
The presence of active bacteria helps break down food and enables it to pass through you with less issues than you have been experiencing. I also take psyllium capsules and together, these two have basically eliminated my issues.
