I lost over 50lbs on a weight loss program provided by my doctor, however the last 15lbs no matter what I tried would not come off. I tried Simplifast and after the first 3 days I lost 8lbs. A few weeks later I used Simplifast again and lost another 4lbs. It has 5 months and I have kept the weight off by using the product as maintance.
