    This is not the type product that you would discern any major physical effects from. However, the product description and how it has been formulated to supplement standards is lacking.

    This product was recommended in a book titled Over the Counter Natural Cures.

    It was stated that it did not have additional additives. However, I was disappointed to see that it did contain Soy Lecithin and Soybean Oil!!
