If your back is tight you definitly need this and it is very helpful. But you should use it appropriately and either buy a book or a DVD to learn more how effectively you can use it.
one size for all people = not great fit
should make a large one for those with shoulders 4 ft wide..
It came well wrapped in a huge box and I love it. It’s the perfect addition to “trigger point” books. Thanks
The item is useful and my physical therapist recommended it. My only suggestion would be the concern I had with the shipping. The package was torn apart—papers that were enclosed gone—did manage to get the book (thank goodness) but the post office sent a dirty, torn paper under separate cover wherever it had been found. I would suggest a better packaging option for future shipments!
Works on chiropractic principles to relieve knotted up muscles in the back in all those hard-to-reach places.
